[BR-DE-22] Not all filename attributes of the embeddedDocumentBinaryObject elements are unique

count(//ram:AdditionalReferencedDocument) = count(//ram:AdditionalReferencedDocument[not(./ram:AttachmentBinaryObject/@filename = preceding-sibling::ram:AdditionalReferencedDocument/ram:AttachmentBinaryObject/@filename)])

What this rule requires

The rule counts all ram:AdditionalReferencedDocument elements and counts those whose ram:AttachmentBinaryObject/@filename is not equal to the @filename of any preceding sibling ram:AdditionalReferencedDocument with the same parent. If any two sibling ram:AdditionalReferencedDocument elements have the same @filename, the second count is lower than the total and the fatal rule fails.

How to fix

Look for a parent element that contains two or more ram:AdditionalReferencedDocument children with the same ram:AttachmentBinaryObject/@filename. Change one of the duplicate filenames to a value that is unique among those siblings, or remove the redundant ram:AdditionalReferencedDocument element.
