[BR-DE-24-b] Wenn BT-81 "Payment means type code" einen Schlüssel für Kartenzahlungen enthält (48, 54, 55), dürfen BG-17 und BG-19 nicht übermittelt werden.
not(ram:PayeePartyCreditorFinancialAccount) and not(/rsm:CrossIndustryInvoice/rsm:SupplyChainTradeTransaction/ram:ApplicableHeaderTradeSettlement/ram:SpecifiedTradePaymentTerms/ram:DirectDebitMandateID or /rsm:CrossIndustryInvoice/rsm:SupplyChainTradeTransaction/ram:ApplicableHeaderTradeSettlement/ram:CreditorReferenceID or ram:PayerPartyDebtorFinancialAccount/ram:IBANID)What this rule requires
The rule applies when a PaymentMeans/SpecifiedTradeSettlementPaymentMeans has a PaymentMeansCode/TypeCode (BT-81) of 48, 54, or 55, i.e. a card payment. In that case, the invoice must not contain cac:PayeeFinancialAccount or cac:PaymentMandate (UBL), corresponding to BG-17 and BG-19. In CII, ram:PayeePartyCreditorFinancialAccount and any direct-debit details (DirectDebitMandateID, CreditorReferenceID, PayerPartyDebtorFinancialAccount/IBANID) must be absent. If any of these are present with a card code, validation fails.
How to fix
Remove the disallowed elements from the relevant payment means group. In UBL, delete cac:PayeeFinancialAccount and cac:PaymentMandate; in CII, delete ram:PayeePartyCreditorFinancialAccount and the mentioned direct debit elements.
