[BR-DE-5] Das Element "Seller contact point" (BT-41) muss übermittelt werden.

What this rule requires

The rule requires that the seller's contact point, business term BT-41, be present and carry a non-empty name. In UBL, the cbc:Name inside cac:Contact must have a value that is not empty and not only whitespace. In CII, at least one of ram:PersonName or ram:DepartmentName in ram:DefinedTradeContact must be present with such a value. A document fails if this element is missing or its value is empty or whitespace-only.

How to fix

In UBL, add or fill /ubl:Invoice/cac:AccountingSupplierParty/cac:Party/cac:Contact/cbc:Name (or the CreditNote equivalent) with the contact name. In CII, add or fill ram:PersonName or ram:DepartmentName under /rsm:CrossIndustryInvoice/rsm:SupplyChainTradeTransaction/ram:ApplicableHeaderTradeAgreement/ram:SellerTradeParty/ram:DefinedTradeContact with a non-empty value. Ensure the value is not just spaces.
