[BR-DE-10] Das Element "Deliver to city" (BT-77) muss übermittelt werden, wenn die Gruppe "DELIVER TO ADDRESS" (BG-15) übermittelt wird.

What this rule requires

The rule requires that whenever a "DELIVER TO ADDRESS" (BG-15) group is present, the "Deliver to city" (BT-77) element within it must be provided and must contain a non-empty value, ignoring any surrounding whitespace. A document fails this fatal rule if the relevant delivery address element does not contain a non-empty city name.

How to fix

Add a delivery city to the delivery address. UBL: in /ubl:Invoice/cac:Delivery/cac:DeliveryLocation/cac:Address (or the CreditNote equivalent), include a cbc:CityName element containing the actual city name, not blank. CII: in ram:ShipToTradeParty/ram:PostalTradeAddress, include a ram:CityName element with the actual city name. For an invoice that already has DELIVER TO ADDRESS, make sure Deliver to city is not empty.
