Original rule text

Stored validation assertion
               ram:ApplicableHeaderTradeDelivery/ram:ActualDeliverySupplyChainEvent/ram:OccurrenceDateTime or ram:ApplicableHeaderTradeSettlement/ram:BillingSpecifiedPeriod or (every $line in ram:IncludedSupplyChainTradeLineItem satisfies $line/ram:SpecifiedLineTradeSettlement/ram:BillingSpecifiedPeriod)

What this rule requires

This information rule recommends that an invoice indicate the delivery/service date. It is satisfied if at least one of the following is present: the header delivery date cbc:ActualDeliveryDate under cac:Delivery, the header invoicing period cac:InvoicePeriod, or an invoicing period in every invoice line or credit note line (cac:InvoicePeriod under each line). Because severity is information, a document that does not meet this is not rejected; the validator only reports it.

How to fix

To satisfy the recommendation, add at least one of these: cac:Delivery/cbc:ActualDeliveryDate, cac:InvoicePeriod, or ensure every cac:InvoiceLine/cac:CreditNoteLine contains cac:InvoicePeriod. If the invoice already has one of these, check that the element is in the expected location.
