What this rule requires
The rule requires that the buyer's city (BT-52) is present in the buyer postal address. The element must exist and contain a non-empty value after ignoring surrounding whitespace. A document fails if the relevant city element is missing or contains only whitespace.
How to fix
In the buyer postal address, provide a non-empty value for the city element: in UBL, use cbc:CityName inside cac:PostalAddress; in CII, use ram:CityName inside ram:PostalTradeAddress. Ensure the invoice data or system field for the buyer's city is populated and not blank.
