[BR-DE-CVD-01] Das Element "Contract reference" (BT-12) muss übermittelt werden.

What this rule requires

The rule requires that a "Contract reference" (BT-12) is transmitted, with a non-empty identifier. In UBL this means cac:ContractDocumentReference/cbc:ID, and in CII it means ram:ContractReferencedDocument/ram:IssuerAssignedID, each with a value that is not empty or only whitespace. The document fails because no such element with a non-whitespace value is present.

How to fix

Add at least one cac:ContractDocumentReference containing a cbc:ID with the contract identifier (for UBL), or at least one ram:ContractReferencedDocument containing ram:IssuerAssignedID with the contract identifier (for CII). The value must not be empty or whitespace-only.
