This fatal XRechnung rule requires that a CVD invoice or credit note includes the element "Tender or lot reference" (BT-17). In UBL, at least one cac:OriginatorDocumentReference/cbc:ID must exist with a value that is not empty or only whitespace. In CII, at least one ram:AdditionalReferencedDocument must have ram:TypeCode equal to '50' and a ram:IssuerAssignedID that is not empty or only whitespace. A document fails when no such reference or ID is present.

Add the tender or lot reference (BT-17) to the document. In UBL, include cac:OriginatorDocumentReference/cbc:ID with a non-empty value. In CII, include ram:AdditionalReferencedDocument with ram:TypeCode set to '50' and ram:IssuerAssignedID containing the reference. If the field already exists, check that its ID is not empty or only whitespace.
